      对场面上运动的飞机进行监视是提高大型航空运输机场的运行效率和安全的重要技术手段。根据我国ACARS地空数据链的成功应用,分析基于ACARS系统的ADS-C工作原理,针对其数据滞后严重,无法满足ICAO规定的场面飞机监视的实时性要求,对ACARS系统的地面接收设备进行改进,提出了基于ADS-C的场面飞机监视系统框图。分别对VHF接收机、飞机目标数据接收设备、实时数据链信息处理和监视系统进行了设计。利用ACARS测试平台构建仿真环境,对设计的系统进行实验验证,结果表明该系统接收ACARS报文的正确率与系统实时性均能满足场面飞机监视系统的功能要求。
English Summary:
      In order to improve the operation efficiency and safety of hub air transport airport, it is necessary to surveil the aircrafts on airport surface. According to the successful application of China’s air-ground data link ACARS, the principle of ADS-C based on ACARS is analyzed. ADS-C can’t meet the real-time requirement of airport surface moving targets surveillance for its data lag. So some work about the improvement of the ground receiving equipment of ACARS is done. The block diagram of ADS-C based on ACARS used as an aircraft surveillance means on airport surface is proposed. The critical systems of VHF receiver, aircraft data receiving device and real-time data link information processing are designed. At last, the verification experiments are carried out by using ACARS test stations. The results show that the system not only can receive the ACARS message, but also can meet the requirement of the airport surface aircraft surveillance on real-time and accuracy rate.
