      复合舵机是控制系统中重要的执行部件,在航空航天等领域有着广泛的应用。针对行业内复合舵机本体工艺流程冗长、数控化程度低、生产效率低等问题,开展了本体新工艺的研制。在分析复合舵机本体结构特点和加工难点的基础上,采用了数控加工与精密研磨相结合的加工方法,设计了加工工艺流程和专用装夹工装,配置了本体活塞孔精密研磨所需研磨膏,通过试验验证了工艺流程的可行性。工艺验证结果表明,本体活塞孔圆柱度不大于0.002mm,表面粗糙度在Ra0.05μm以下,在内窥镜下观察无可见划痕。自配研磨膏在研磨加工中使用效果显著,所设计工艺流程合理可行。
English Summary:
      Compound steering gear body is an important executive part in control system, which is widely used in aerospace field. Aiming at the problems of long technological process, low degree of numerical control and low production efficiency of compound steering gear body in the industry, the new process of the body is developed. In this paper, on basis of analyzing the structure characteristics and processing difficulties of compound steering gear body, the processing method combining numerical control machining and precision lapping is adopted. The machining technological process and the special clamping tools are designed. The abrasive paste required for precision lapping of the body piston hole is arranged. The feasibility of the technological process is verified through experiments. The process verification results show that the cylindricity of the body piston hole is not more than 0.002mm, the surface roughness is below Ra0.05μm, and no visible scratches are observed under the endoscope. The self-matching abrasive paste has a remarkable effect in the lapping process, and the designed technological process is reasonable and feasible.
