      为了能够精确检测到测试转台在低速运行下的角速率,设计了一种基于双频激光干涉仪的角速率精度检测系统。首先,对本检测系统各项误差进行机理分析。然后,综合各项误差项建立总体相对误差模型。最终,通过仿真分析得到各个误差因子对相对误差项的影响,为保证检测系统相对精度提供理论依据,能够满足对高精度惯性器件测试转台低速段0.0001(°)/s~1(°)/s速率检测要求。
English Summary:
      In order to accurately measure angular rate of the test turn-table running at low speeds, an angular rate measurement system based on dual-frequency laser interferometer is designed. Therefore, the mechanism of the errors of the detection system is analyzed. Then, its whole error model integrating relative error terms is established. Finally, calculated by simulation, the influence of error factors to relative error terms is obtained. The theory basis for ensuring measurement systematic accuracy is provided. At last, when high precision inertial components test turntable is running at low speed of 0.0001(°)/s~1(°)/s, angular rate measurement is achieved.
