      提出了一种基于非线性双通MZI 光纤滤波器的波长间隔可切换多波长掺铒 光纤激光器。非线性双通MZI 光纤滤波器除了多通滤波作用还具有功率均衡作用,能有 效抑制掺铒光纤的增益竞争, 从而实现室温下多波长稳定激射。通过合理调整激光腔 内的偏振态, 分别实现了0.2 nm 和0.4 nm 密集波长间隔可切换的多波长激光输出, 两 种状态下的激光波长个数分别为44 个和25 个, 测量可得激光光信噪比分别高于14 dB 和30 dB。
English Summary:
      A multiwavelength Erbium-doped fiber laser using a nonlinear dual-pass Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) filter is proposed and demonstrated. Nonlinear dual-pass MZI filter is used as not only a multi-channel filter and also a gain-equalizer, which can suppress the gain competition in Erbium-doped fiber, thus the multiwavelength laser ouput is achieved at room temperature. By adjusting the polarization state in the cavity, multiwavelength laser comb with two different spacing, 0.2 nm and 0.4 nm can be switched to oscillation. In the situation of 0.2 nm laser spacing, up to 44- wavelength laser combs with the OSNR of 14 dB is achieved; the wavelength shift and the power fluctuation is less than 0.05 nm and 0.8 dB, respectively. In the situation of 0.4 nm laser spacing, up to 25-wavelength laser combs with the OSNR of 30 dB is achieved.
