      工业机器人是一个巨大的产业,在国内这个市场犹如一块大蛋糕被国外的机器人生产厂商瓜分,本土企业根本不能挤入分食的行列。在激烈的市场竞争中,中国的机器人生产厂商为何会输的这样惨烈?根源在于技术的落后,更在于国家整个工业基础的落后,在短时间内打翻身仗几乎不可能。与工业机器人产业不同,特种机器人产业是一个灵活复杂的市场,由于政治、军事、需求量等因素,国外企业无论如何都不可能抢到这块蛋糕,这是国内机器人生产厂商的生存契机。本文在分析国内机器人发展现状后,对特种机器人尤其是空间轻型重载机械臂做方案论证,从需求、技术细节比如电机、减速机、控制系统等深入分析。
English Summary:
      Industrial robot is a huge market, which likes a big cake that had been carved up in by abroad manufacturers. The domestic company could not squeeze into the share of the market at all. How could native manufacturers frustrated like this in the competition? It could be the backward of industry technology, and also because the entire country’s disadvantage. Different with common industrial robots, special robotics industry a flexible and complex market, due to the political, military, demand, aboard manufacturers cannot grab a piece of cake at all. It could be an opportunity for the survival of the native robot manufacturers. This paper analyzes the development status of domestic robots industry, and demonstrated the feasibility of high payload aerospace manipulator with light weight, which based on the requirements, technical details such as the motor, speed reducer, control systems.
