      为满足惯性导航系统中石英挠性加速度计精确测试要求,设计了一种以模拟电路和功率放大为核心的高精度加速度计温度控制仪器,温控精度达到0.02℃。该温控仪除具有精密温度控制外,还具有手动模拟量测量、自动模拟量测量及多通道I/F输出测试于一体的特点。为满足多只加速度计测试一致性要求,采用单一温度受控的采样电阻方法,提高了石英挠性加速度计性能指标如4小时稳定性、模拟量长期重复性测试的准确性和稳定性。
English Summary:
      A high accurate temperature controller based on analog circuit and power amplifier for accelerators is designed, which is to satisfy the precision measurements of flexible quartz accelerators in GIS. The temperature controller can have a good temperature control precision, which was designed to 0.02℃; It also can be used in two modes in measurements: auto mode, manual mode and multi channels I/F output. To make sure the consistency of the measurements of flexible quartz accelerators, a temperature controlled sample resistance was adopted, by which the measurement results of the accelerators such as 4 hours` stability, repeatability of the long time analog measurement are improved.
